Summer amenities passes can be provided for up to 8 guests for the Five O'clock Lodge and for up to 10 guests for the Overlook Inn. Children under 5 do not require a pass.

Detailed pricing will appear once you have selected your dates. What you see is what you get. There are no extra cleaning fees, service fees, amenity fees or guest fees.

Credit card charges will appear as 'KTL Properties'.  You will be charged 50% up front and 50% 30 days prior to your arrival. A security deposit will be held for all bookings. It is charged 2 days prior to check in and released 4 days after check out ($300 for Five O'clock Lodge, $350 for Overlook Inn).
